Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you
don't find your answer here please Q. Can I get a receipt for my order? A. You will be emailed a copy of your order form at the completion of the
sale Q. Will my receipt have my order number on it A. Yes your order form has the order number in the upper left corner.
Q. Can I use a company purchase order and pay for the order later? A. Payment in full is expected at the time of the purchase. In
which case there is no need for a purchase order number . You will
have a reference number in your email from Paypal. Q. How will I get my order? A. You will receive an email with an attachment for the product your
ordered, unless it is a U.S. mailed product (eg)
The Certificate to Reproduce the Workbook Q. Do you take checks or money orders? A. We prefer credit card, debit card payment at the time of purchase. You
May use a check or money order with PayPal, however there may be a time
delay while verifying the funds. Q. Do you accept foreign currencies? A. For our customers in Australia, Canada and the European nations. You
do NOT need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Payments must be
equivalent to the USD amount. We accept no other foreign currencies than
these at this time. Q. What about returns, can I return my purchase? A. Of course we want all our customers to be satisfied. However, since
our products are downloadable files and cannot be uploaded back into the
store, we do not issue refunds. We have no way at this time to disable the
file once it is downloaded. We do not issue refunds for that reason. We have
tried to put enough information about our products on the site for a person
to make an informed decision about whether or not to purchase. If you have
doubts as to whether our products are right for you, please take another
look at the information on the site,(ie.)the
preview pages or testimonials. If you are not sure please do not make a
purchase.
